Sales Promotion performance plays an important role in achieving a company’s sales targets. This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and job satisfaction on the performance of Sales Promotion staff at PT Massindo Karya Prima, both partially and simultaneously. A quantitative method was used, with a population of 59 Sales Promotion staff, all of whom were included as the sample through total sampling. Data were collected using a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed by multiple linear regression in SPSS version 27, preceded by validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The results show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance (coefficient 0.894; t-count 7.144), as does job satisfaction (coefficient 0.246; t-count 3.476). Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect (F-count 98.492; p < 0.001), with an R Square of 0.779 (Adjusted R Square 0.771), meaning that 77.9% of the variation in performance is explained by the two variables. Work discipline is the more dominant variable (Beta 0.636 versus 0.309). The company is advised to strengthen a culture of discipline while improving job satisfaction through a transparent incentive system and effective supervisor–subordinate communication.
