This study aims to analyze the effect of work morale and job satisfaction on employee productivity at Tunas Toyota Cimone Branch, Tangerang City, both partially and simultaneously. The study is motivated by productivity problems, including work results that have not met targets, lack of discipline, and insufficient enthusiasm in serving customers. A quantitative approach was employed, with the population and sample consisting of all 63 employees selected through saturated sampling. Primary data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The results show that work morale has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity (t count 4.477 > t table 2.000; sig. 0.000), while job satisfaction has no significant partial effect (t count −0.063 < t table 2.000; sig. 0.950). Simultaneously, work morale and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee productivity (F count 13.156 > F table 3.150; sig. 0.000), contributing 30.5%. These findings indicate that work morale is a more decisive factor in employee productivity than job satisfaction.
