A descriptive and associative quantitative approach was used with a total sampling technique involving all 35 employees as respondents. The t-test results show that the Transformational Leadership Style variable obtained a t-value of 2.965 > 2.037 with a significance of 0.006 < 0.05, while the Intrinsic Motivation variable obtained a t-value of 3.662 > 2.037 with a significance of 0.001 < 0.05, indicating both have a partial positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The F-test shows an F-value of 16.914 > 3.29 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a simultaneous significant effect. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.514 (51.4%), meaning both variables explain 51.4% of Employee Performance, while the remaining 48.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
