This study examines the associations of ease of use and transaction processing speed with QRIS payment decisions in Blok M, South Jakarta. A quantitative survey involved 100 QRIS users selected through purposive sampling. Each construct was measured using ten Likert-scale statements. Analyses included descriptive statistics, item–total correlations, reliability, residual diagnostics, multiple regression, t-tests, an F-test, and explained variance. Statistical results were verified against the item-level data in the thesis appendix. Ease of use had a coefficient of 0.411 (t = 3.888, p < 0.001), while transaction speed had a coefficient of 0.401 (t = 3.380, p = 0.001). The model was jointly significant (F = 19.427, p < 0.001), with R² = 0.286 and adjusted R² = 0.271. Diagnostics did not indicate nonnormal residuals or severe multicollinearity. However, the transaction speed scale failed the study’s reliability threshold of 0.60, with Cronbach’s alpha of 0.470. The regression findings should therefore be treated as exploratory, particularly for transaction speed. Instrument refinement and replication are necessary before drawing strong behavioral recommendations. The findings inform the evaluation of digital payment experiences, subject to the sampling and measurement limitations
