This study examines the effects of work motivation and work discipline on office employee performance at PT Rabit Teknologi Pintar. A quantitative associative design was applied to all 35 office employees using a census approach. Questionnaire data were supported by observation and documentation and analyzed using SPSS 26. The analysis included instrument evaluation, regression diagnostics, multiple linear regression, partial and overall significance tests, and coefficients of determination. Work motivation showed a positive coefficient of 0.356 (p = 0.146), while work discipline showed a negative coefficient of −0.421 (p = 0.118). The overall model was not statistically significant (F = 1.295; p = 0.288). The R² of 0.075 indicates that the model explained 7.5% of the variation in performance scores. The findings provide insufficient statistical evidence to support either effect at the 5% level. Management should evaluate performance using broader evidence on work tasks and conditions rather than treating the directions of nonsignificant coefficients as policy recommendations. Interpretation is limited by the small number of respondents, self-reported measures, and relatively high correlation between predictors.
