This study examines the effects of transformational leadership and teamwork on frontliner performance at Bank Central Asia (BCA), Thamrin Area, Central Jakarta. A quantitative survey was conducted with 65 frontliners working as tellers, customer service officers, and security personnel. Total sampling was used because the entire population was included. Primary questionnaire data were analyzed through multiple linear regression using SPSS version 27. The results show that transformational leadership has a positive coefficient of 0.038 but is not statistically significant (t = 0.467; p = 0.642). Teamwork, in contrast, has a positive and significant association with frontliner performance, with a coefficient of 0.388 (t = 2.928; p = 0.005). The regression model is statistically significant overall (F = 8.174; p < 0.001), with an R² of 0.209. Thus, the model accounts for 20.9% of the variation in frontliner performance, while 79.1% is associated with factors outside the model. The findings highlight the practical value of coordination, communication, and mutual support among team members in banking services.
