This study examines the effects of Workload and Organisational Commitment on Work Engagement among employees of PT HGI. A quantitative survey employed total sampling of all 30 employees. Data were collected through a five-point Likert questionnaire and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The analysis covered validity, reliability, residual normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, linearity, multiple linear regression, t-tests, an F-test, and coefficients of determination. Workload had a positive but nonsignificant coefficient (B = 0.186; t = 1.645; p = 0.112), whereas Organisational Commitment had a positive and significant coefficient (B = 0.800; t = 6.250; p < 0.001). The overall model was significant, F(2,27) = 19.673; p < 0.001. R² of 0.593 indicated that the model explained 59.3% of the variation in Work Engagement, with adjusted R² of 0.563. The findings suggest strengthening employees’ sense of belonging, communication, and development opportunities while managing job demands proportionately. The results are limited by the number of respondents, self-reported measures, and the single-company setting.
